SoftSynx
Our process

A proven process, from idea to impact

Every SoftSynx project follows the same six phases, whether it's a storefront, an AI assistant, or an ERP rollout. It's why our projects stay predictable, on budget, and on time, even when the work is complex.

Phase 01

Discovery & Strategy

Before any design or code, we spend time understanding the actual problem — your workflows, your constraints, and what success looks like in numbers, not just words.

What happens in this phase

  • Stakeholder interviews and workflow mapping
  • Technical and data audit of existing systems
  • Defining success metrics and project scope
  • A clear plan and timeline before work begins

Phase 02

Architecture & Design

We design the technical foundation and the user experience together, because the two are more connected than most teams treat them — a solid architecture makes for a faster, more consistent interface.

What happens in this phase

  • System architecture and data modeling
  • UX flows and interface design
  • Technology and infrastructure decisions
  • Review and sign-off before development starts

Phase 03

Development

Work happens in focused increments, with something real to review at every stage — not a black box that reappears at the end of the project.

What happens in this phase

  • Iterative development in short cycles
  • Regular check-ins and working demos
  • Code review and engineering standards enforced throughout
  • Scope tracked openly against the original plan

Phase 04

Testing & Quality Assurance

Every feature is tested against real business rules and real usage patterns before it's considered done — not just checked for whether it runs.

What happens in this phase

  • Automated regression testing
  • Manual and exploratory testing
  • Performance and security checks
  • Bug triage against clear release criteria

Phase 05

Launch & Deployment

Launch is planned like the operational event it is — with a migration plan, a rollback plan, and a clear go/no-go checklist, not just a deploy button.

What happens in this phase

  • Staged rollout and cutover planning
  • Data migration where needed
  • Monitoring and alerting configured before go-live
  • A defined rollback plan

Phase 06

Support & Iteration

Launch is the beginning of the system's life, not the end of the engagement — we stay engaged to fix what surfaces and extend what works.

What happens in this phase

  • Post-launch monitoring and bug fixes
  • Regular check-ins on performance and usage
  • Ongoing feature development as priorities evolve
  • Documentation kept current as the system changes
